Hopefully Kim was not snubbed by a saleswomen like Vivian Ward was when Edward sent her shopping on Rodeo Drive. Daft Daddy is unaware if Kim received any help from a hotel manager with the purchase of her lingerie, or if she received any assistance with her dinner etiquette.
